We kissed goodbye to pecan pie years ago…but then an idea formed: we don’t need no stinking’ eggs or butter to make the delicate pecan filling, like in a traditional pie! We’ll use maple syrup, applesauce, and plant starches…and large organic crunchy pecans. Because that’s why you eat it in the first place!
