Celine spent 3 years perfecting our bread at Karma Baker. Her goal was a soft, doughy, stretchy bread that could stand up to a day or 2 on the counter and actually fold into a sandwich if desired. And NOT become a crumbly mess. Like all of our products, her aim is to make a product that rivals the “real” thing, while still using clean ingredients. We have sold hundreds of loaves of bread and now all of America can get their hands on a perfect loaf of Karma Baker’s gluten-free bread.
The kit includes flour for a large loaf (or 2 small loaves) of bread. A separate yeast packet and instructions for a loaf in an hour and a half. No kneading required. Just mix with a little sugar (for the yeast), oil and water. Blend and pour into a bread pan.
A quick rise and bake.
