This whipped cream may change your life! 2 TBL Organic Evaporated Cane Juice (Or 1/2 tsp stevia ) 1 Tsp Vanilla
To make whipped cream: Open the can of coconut milk UPSIDE DOWN and pour off the liquid into a separate container. Put the solid cream into a deep mixing bowl and whip for 2 minutes. Add the sugar and vanilla and whip until peaks form. If the cream is too thick, add a tablespoon of coconut liquid at a time to loosen it and allow for thick billowy peaks. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator covered, for up to a week. |
These cookies are a problem because my husband can’t figure out which one is his favorite! I can’t speak directly about the cookies because my husband ate them all before I had a chance to try one! He’s not even vegan! Needless to say we will order more! I may need to hide them from him!
Oh just a minute, it’s not polite to talk/ text with your mouth full. Just one more bite. Okay maybe another…get the picture? These donuts are full out amazing! Maybe fall out amazing is a better way to put it! I ordered two boxes and am so glad it did!
The chocolate ones were just okay. The others were really dry and crumbled - not moist like expected - and an odd aftertaste as well. Wanted them to be amazing especially at $9 a piece. I was expecting amazing and special and got pretty disappointing instead. I ordered these for my daughter’s birthday and was a bit embarrassed…..
I was suspicious because I am a vegan baker and wondered how good these cupcake jars could really be. I LOVE every flavor I tried! And I especially love the fact that the icings are not cloyingly sweet. The cake and icing combo is perfect. Will definitely be reordering.
This was the best vegan gluten-free cookies I have ever had.. I loved them all.
