Gifting FAQs

What is the minimum order for corporate gifting?

Our Corporate orders team will handle your orders of 15+ gift boxes.
For custom gifting, the gift minimum is 30+ orders. If you are ordering less than 15 gifts boxes, please visit our nationwide shipping menu and place your order directly online.

When should I place my order?

  • Standard Orders (non-customized) – 2 weeks
  • Custom Gift Orders – 3 weeks

  • Please allow an extra week for customizations.
  • Rush order fees may apply. Please contact us at orders@karmabaker.com for deadline questions or inquiries.

Do you offer custom gifts?

Yes! We can customize your goodies with your company’s logo for an additional charge per gift. Please email orders@karmabaker.com with your images for a quote.

What is the shipping turnaround time + cost?

We offer a Fedex 2-day flat-rate shipping cost of $15 per package. Packages arrive 2 days after they’re shipped. We only ship Mondays through Wednesday to ensure delivery. We recommend shipping earlier than later.

Do you offer a Corporate Discount?

We do, our corporate discount is based on spend.
Orders of $1,000+ receive 10% off (product only)
If you wish to become a frequent-sender, contact us for a personal coupon code to use at checkout.

Can we include gift notes?

Yes, we can customize your gift boxes with personalized notes. We use our own cute Karma Baker cards, or you may have your company’s printed cards sent to us at
