Celine's organic flour blend is the ONLY gluten-free flour engineered with vegan baking in mind. Most gluten-free flours rely on eggs and their lifting abilities. While we never use eggs, we know from experimentation with various replacements that our flour will yield you the BEST results. Simply use our flour 1:1 for regular flour in your favorite recipe.

Care Instructions

Your treats are shipped with 2-day Delivery service. They are sent frozen with ice packs to keep them looking good. They may arrive to you warm and that is OK!!! YOUR TREATS ARE STILL FINE TO EAT. They will be fine and very delicious even after 3-5 days of transit.

Refrigerate upon delivery to keep them nice. We recommend eating them at room temperature or warmed up (especially our mega cookies! Warming directions are included.)

All items may be refrigerated for a week or frozen for longer life.
