To ensure the cake’s perfect condition upon arrival, it will be wrapped in a customized shipping collar for protection.
This no-bake style vegan cheesecake is whipped with subtle pumpkin flavor and a wonderful spice blend, which is then stacked atop our house-made graham cracker crust. Pumpkin-themed cookies decorate the top for an added holiday flare.

We ship our cakes frozen via Standard Overnight Delivery service. (the cost is built into the cake price.)
Your cake is expected to arrive no later than 8pm (4pm for business addresses) on your chosen delivery date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when cake is shipped including a tracking link so you can better anticipate the time of delivery.
Check to be sure your cake looks good and refrigerate upon delivery. Your cake may be still frozen or just cold. It may be frozen again to serve later or kept in the fridge to defrost. For birthday cakes (cake and frosting) leave your cake out 4-6 hours to come to room temperature before cutting and eating. Our birthday cakes are best eaten at room temperature.
Cream cakes (like banana cream or tiramisu) should be defrosted overnight in the fridge and pulled out about 30 minutes before eating. These should be served cool.
All cakes may be refrigerated for a week or re-frozen for longer life.

The pumpkin cheesecake tastes like pumpkin and is very fluffy. The cake froze well. The cookies did not stay in tact during shipping. Otherwise, the cake was quite tasty.
Is this made.of magic? It was so light and airy and full of flavor. Such an amazing combination. I dream of eating this again someday
Regrettably our mid November order has horrific shipping fiasco. With a driver who failed to deliver and then damaged our cake beyond recognition. When we retrieved cake it was a mangled mess now late on delivery. Initially Karma tried to get us to just accept a gift card for future, but I explained to them that the experience made us not confident in their shipping arrangement and the experience was unappetizing. I felt I had to advocate for a proper refund to my credit card. They did get that refunded . But it would have been far more professional and sympathetic if they didn't make me advocate with them for credit card refund ( a future store credit just wasn't going to work). As my planned event was spoiled by this. I realize sometimes stuff happens but would it have be too hard for them to do something nice for me considering what happened. I used to refer others to ship here but but now I can only warn about what my family went through.
The pumpkin cream cheesecake cake was absolutely amazing! The best tasting gluten free dessert I’ve ever eaten. It was even better than most regular desserts too! The flavor, texture everything was amazing!

How to Store & Eat
Our layered birthday-style cakes are best eaten at room temperature. It makes them soft and gooey and delicious. Allow them to sit out 4-6 hours at room temperature before eating.
Pastry cream cakes & cheesecakes should be kept in the fridge and eaten cool. They may come out for up to an hour before eating.
Store items in the fridge for about 7 days. Or you can freeze everything for longer life.
