Our favorite vegan and gluten-free chocolate cake offered in a cane sugar-free version. Still outrageously good, the moist chocolate cake is sweetened with low-glycemic coconut nectar. Thick layers of rich silky chocolate fudge – the good kind! – generously line the inside. Then the whole cake is frosted in our creamy sugar-free chocolate frosting.

We ship our cakes frozen via Standard Overnight Delivery service. (the cost is built into the cake price.)
Your cake is expected to arrive no later than 8pm (4pm for business addresses) on your chosen delivery date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when cake is shipped including a tracking link so you can better anticipate the time of delivery.
Check to be sure your cake looks good and refrigerate upon delivery. Your cake may be still frozen or just cold. It may be frozen again to serve later or kept in the fridge to defrost. For birthday cakes (cake and frosting) leave your cake out 4-6 hours to come to room temperature before cutting and eating. Our birthday cakes are best eaten at room temperature.
Cream cakes (like banana cream or tiramisu) should be defrosted overnight in the fridge and pulled out about 30 minutes before eating. These should be served cool.
All cakes may be refrigerated for a week or re-frozen for longer life.

Cakes are shipped with Overnight Delivery. Actual shipping is calculated at checkout. It will be sent Standard Overnight Delivery to arrive by 8pm. Cakes are shipped separately from other items. Please note your preferred arrival date at checkout or in the notes section.

My daughter recently got married in Seattle. I called about 10 different bakeries to find a vegan gluten-free sugar-free cake for the reception. After I exhausted my search, I called Karma bakery who previously made a delicious cake for my daughters wedding shower and within 24 hours it was shipped to our Airbnb in Seattle. Even people who are not vegan or sugar-free could not believe the flavor! Worth every penny, and will use again soon.
I got this for my hubby who loves chocolate cake abs isn’t vegan…he was obsessed! I’m not a chocolate cake person but this was so delicious….I am a fan! Sooooo hood!

How to Store & Eat
Our layered birthday-style cakes are best eaten at room temperature. It makes them soft and gooey and delicious. Allow them to sit out 4-6 hours at room temperature before eating.
Pastry cream cakes & cheesecakes should be kept in the fridge and eaten cool. They may come out for up to an hour before eating.
Store items in the fridge for about 7 days. Or you can freeze everything for longer life.
