A brazen twist on the traditional Italian dessert. This vegan gluten-free tiramisu that will have you sighing in delight.
After soaking our yummy gluten-free vanilla cakes in Italian espresso, we layer them with a generous amount of dairy-free but so creamy vanilla sweet pastry cream. The cake is then finished off with a heavy-handed dusting of cocoa powder.

Cakes ship overnight via FedEx or UPS
Please select a delivery date 1 day prior to serving date. Our cakes require 24 hours to thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
To ensure the cake’s perfect condition upon arrival, it will be wrapped in a customized shipping collar for protection.
Our cakes last for 2-3 days in the refrigerator and up to 1 month in the freezer.

We ship our cakes frozen via Standard Overnight Delivery service. (the cost is built into the cake price.)
Your cake is expected to arrive no later than 8pm (4pm for business addresses) on your chosen delivery date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when cake is shipped including a tracking link so you can better anticipate the time of delivery.
Check to be sure your cake looks good and refrigerate upon delivery. Your cake may be still frozen or just cold. It may be frozen again to serve later or kept in the fridge to defrost. For birthday cakes (cake and frosting) leave your cake out 4-6 hours to come to room temperature before cutting and eating. Our birthday cakes are best eaten at room temperature.
Cream cakes (like banana cream or tiramisu) should be defrosted overnight in the fridge and pulled out about 30 minutes before eating. These should be served cool.
All cakes may be refrigerated for a week or re-frozen for longer life.

The perfect answer to a New England winter’s day - a surprise confection from Karma Baker! The Tiramisu Cake shipped quickly, arrived in beautiful condition and was enjoyed by all. So nice to have our local Karma favorites available to our family across the country.
We needed an elegant cake for a fancy dinner party on short notice. Also, it needed to be gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free. And we needed it fairly fast. We are so grateful to have found Karma Baker and the tiramisu cream cake. It was elegant and delicious, very light and not cloyingly sweet, which allowed the Sauternes it was paired with to combine well with it. We received a lot of praise. Thanks so much!

The cake was great. We ordered from out of state for gathering with relatives coming in for Thanksgiving. It arrived on time, was well packed and had a great texture. The sugar level was just right, not super sweet. The flavor was delicious but could have used a little more coffee taste. Other than that it was perfect!
Arrived perfectly wrapped! Haven’t tried it yet. Purchased a lot of items plus my birthday cake.

How to Store & Eat
Our layered birthday-style cakes are best eaten at room temperature. It makes them soft and gooey and delicious. Allow them to sit out 4-6 hours at room temperature before eating.
Pastry cream cakes & cheesecakes should be kept in the fridge and eaten cool. They may come out for up to an hour before eating.
Store items in the fridge for about 7 days. Or you can freeze everything for longer life.
